Heavenly Father,
I come to You today carrying burdens that feel too heavy to bear. Anxiety whispers lies, depression clouds my vision, and I struggle to feel Your presence.
Yet I know You are near to the brokenhearted. You promise to never leave or forsake me. Help me to trust in Your faithfulness even when my feelings say otherwise.
Give me strength for todayโnot for tomorrow, just for today. Help me to take the next right step, to reach out for help when I need it, and to rest in Your love.
Remind me that my struggle does not define me. I am Your beloved child, redeemed by Christ, held in Your hands. Nothing can separate me from Your love.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.
