A Prayer for This Moment

If you'd like, you can pray this prayer—or simply let God know how you're feeling in your own words. He's listening, and He cares.

Lord, I'm struggling. I'm in pain, and I don't know how to get through this moment. Please be near to me. Give me the strength to take the next step—to reach out for help, to hold on for one more hour, one more day. I believe You love me, even when I can't feel it. Send people to help me. Show me there is hope. I trust You with my life, even when it feels broken. In Jesus' name, Amen.

You Are Not Alone

Whatever darkness you're walking through right now, please know: this is not the end of your story. God sees you. He knows your pain. And He has placed people in this world who want to help carry this burden with you.

You don't have to figure everything out tonight. You just have to make it through this moment. And you can. One breath at a time. One hour at a time. Help is real. Hope is real. You are loved.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." — Jeremiah 29:11
